Itinerary:
Day 1: CAIRO (Thu, Sat, Tue)
Arrive Cairo airport Meet & assist through
Passport Control and customs . Transfer to hotel.
Check in. and overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : CAIRO (BL) (Fri, Sun, Wed)
Breakfast. Full day tour to visit the Great
Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor,
is the largest of the three main Pyramids and is
the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of
the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which
is the best preserved, and the Pyramid of
Mycerinus. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous
sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the
lion's body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m
long. Lunch at local restaurant. Learn how paper
was made in the ancient times with a visit to the
Papyrus Institute.. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3 : CAIRO-LUXOR (CRUISE) (B L D) Sat, Mon
and Thu
Breakfast . Transfer to Cairo airport for
departure to Luxor. Arrive Luxor. Transfer to Nile
Cruise .Embarkation. Lunch at 12:00 AM. Then we
tour the awe inspiring Temple of Luxor and Karnak.
Back to Cruise at 05:00 P.M. Dinner and overnight
on board.
Day 4 :LUXOR -EDFU (B L D)
After breakfast, we cross to the west bank of the
Nile today past the Colossi of Memnon and visit
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, before going the
Valley of the Kings. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu
through Esna Lock Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5
: EDFU-KOM OMBO - ASWAN (B L D)
After Breakfast we visit Edfu's beautiful
preserved Temple of Horus, the best preserved of
all large Egyptian temples and built by the
Ptolemies. Sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board .Visit
the Temple of Sobek the crocodile god,
conveniently situated on the riverbank. Continue
to Aswan. Tonight we'll enjoy a sumptuous Oriental
Dinner and dance all night away to the Egyptian
Galabea Party. Overnight on board Nile Cruise.
Day 6 : ASWAN (BLD)
Breakfast .We view the Aswan High Dam and then to
the unfinished Obelisk. Lunch on board . Then will
sail on the traditional Nile Felucca along the
shores of Elephantine Island and Botanical Gardens
. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7 :ASWAN - CAIRO (B)
Breakfast. Optional tour to Abu Simbel Temple.
Transfer to Aswan airport for departure to Cairo .
Upon arrival Cairo airport, transfer to hotel
.Optional Gala dinner at Nile Pharaoh restaurant
or similar (cruising restaurant down the Nile for
2 hours including , Show , belly dancer , open
buffet.). Overnight at hotel
Day 8
: CAIRO (B L )
Breakfast. Full day tour of the world famous
Egyptian Museum with its 100,000 objects covering
4,000 years of ancient Egyptian civilization.
Lunch during tour at local restaurant. Continue to
visit Citadel of Mohamed Ali , Sultan Hassan
Mosque and then to Khan El Khalili Bazaars.
Overnight at hotel in Cairo.
Day
9 :CAIRO -YOUR DESTINATION (B )
Breakfast at hotel . Transfer to Cairo airport for
final departure
