Conditions
Availability: Most hotels, arrangements and packages in our programs
are available on an instant confirmation basis. However, certain
hotels, cultural performances and some programs may be available on request only.
Deposit and Payments
For regular tours and FIT (Independent) tour bookings and packages, we
require a nonrefundable deposit of Euro 200 or $ 270 0.00 per
person at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 40 days prior
to departure. For music packages and cruises we require Euro 500 or $
600 nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation. Full
payment is due 40 days before departure, Cruise final payment
deadlines vary, inquire at the time of reservation. If reservation is
made within 10 days of departure, payment must be by cashier's check,
certified check, money order or bank transfer only. Documents will
not be released until full payment has been received.
Late Booking Fee:
On bookings made with only 10 days or less before departure late
booking fee of Euro 30 or (equivalent in dollars) applies. In that
case documents can only be delivered by email. It is the customers'
responsibility to check their emails on daily basis to assure receipt
of documents needed for the requested tour/cruise/package
Changes in
reservation
Subject to a US$25 or Euro 20 or CA$25 handling fee.
Prices
The rates quoted are based on our current tariffs, foreign exchange
rates are calculated on the day of the final payment and might be
subject to change.
Responsibility of Allegro Holidays ("ALH")
ALH and/or its agents act only in the capacity as agents for the
passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations,
sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by rail, air, bus
automobile, ship or any other means, and as agents hold themselves
free of responsibility for any damage or inconvenience occasioned from
any cause whatsoever. ALH and/or its agents will not be responsible
for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals or
departures, change of schedule, strikes or any other conditions, nor
will they be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage or any
of the passenger's belongings. ALH reserves the right to not accept or
retain any person on a tour at any time before and during the tour. ALH
has the right to book other hotels within the same or upgraded
category than stated in the tour packages.
Cancellation
Cancellation of any package and/or land arrangements before the final
payment deadline is subject to a penalty equal to the requested
deposit. After final payment due date all arrangements are 100%
nonrefundable. In addition, ALH is not responsible for any
cancellation charges imposed by airlines. All tickets to cultural
performances are fully nonrefundable after reservation is made.
Cancellation after the final payment deadline or no-show are subject
to the full cost of the package. There is no refund for any unused
portion of the tours and packages.
We recommend to purchase cancellation
insurance.
Please inquire about rates since insurance premiums vary depending on
the extent of coverage, ages of passengers and home address.
Cancellation insurance would protect you in case you have to cancel
your holiday due to medical reasons in the family. It also protects
you for expenses arising from flight delays as well as from supplier
defaults.
Delivery of Documents
Most documents are sent to customers as email
attachments, however, reservations made within 40 days of departure
may require special courier delivery of documents that can not be
emailed, at the client’s expense. Should the desired hotel, car or
program be "sold out", we will make alternative suggestions to meet
your requirements within the same accommodation category.
Entry to Destination.
Valid passport is needed to enter your destination country(ies). It
is the traveler's responsibility to check with the closest consulate
of the destination country(ies) whether they require a visa to
enter. ALH is not responsible for any refusal of entry by local
authorities to any of our destination countries due to lack of
proper documentation, security issues or any other reasons. |
