TERMS AND CONDITIONS � updated 04/20/2018
Deposits paid by tour participant indicate
acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions with Milky Way Travel
Partners, LLC, DBA Allegro Holidays (Allegro).
Availability
Most hotels, arrangements and packages in our
programs are available on an instant confirmation basis. However,
certain hotels, cultural performances and some programs may be
available on request only. Your booking is confirmed, and your credit
card will be charged only once you receive an email booking
confirmation from Allegro Holidays.
Deposit
and Payments For regular tours and FIT (Independent) bookings
and packages, Allegro Holidays require a nonrefundable deposit of US$
200 or Euro 200 per person at the time of reservation. For music
packages and cruises, MWTP require US$ 400 or Euro 400 per person,
nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation. After receipt of the
booking request, Allegro will confirm the requested tour via email
within 24-48 business hours. Your deposit will only be charged on
booking confirmation. Should the tour be sold out, the deposit will
not be charged. The confirmation email will contain an invoice and all
tour details. Full payment is then due 40 days before departure. Note:
Cruise final payment deadlines vary, inquire at the time of
reservation.
Late
Booking If a reservation is made within 10 days of departure,
payment must be by credit card, cashier's check, certified check,
money order or bank transfer only. Documents will not be released
until full payment has been received. On bookings made with only 10
days or less before departure a late booking fee of US$30 or Euro 30
applies. In that case documents can only be delivered by email. It is
the customers' responsibility to check their emails on a daily basis
to assure receipt of documents needed for the requested
tour/cruise/package.
Booking
Changes Changes to bookings are subject to a US$25 or Euro 25
handling fee. Tickets to venues are not changeable at any time
after they are ordered.
Prices
Prices are guaranteed in Euro currency on Allegro web pages for
the specified seasons. However, as US dollar (USD) rates may
fluctuate, pricing in USD�s are calculated on the day of payment and
are subject to change.
Responsibility statement of Allegro Holidays.
Allegro Holidays acts only as an agent for the various
independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodation,
transportation, sightseeing, activities or other services connected
with the tours. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions
of those suppliers. Allegro Holidays and their respective employees,
agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever
for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident
which may be caused by negligence, defect, default of any company or
person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted
for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness,
weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature,
local laws or other such cases. All services are subject to the laws
and regulations of the country in which they are provided.
The maximum baggage allowance is: 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per
person on all tours.
Allegro is
not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual
participating in the tours & travel arranged by Allegro.
Insurance
All Allegro travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel
insurance policy.
Allegro reserves the right to not accept or
retain any person on a tour at any time before and during the tour.
Allegro has the right to book other hotels within the same or
upgraded category than stated in the tour packages.
Cancellation
Cancellation of any package and/or land
arrangements before the final payment deadline is subject to a
penalty equal to the requested deposit. After final payment due
date all arrangements are 100% nonrefundable. No refund on unused
services within 40 days before departure. All tickets to cultural
performances are fully nonrefundable after a reservation is made.
Cancellation after the final payment deadline or no-show are subject
to the full cost of the package. There is no refund for any unused
portion of the tours or packages.
We strongly recommend all
our customers purchase travel insurance.
Please inquire about rates since insurance
premiums vary depending on the extent of coverage, ages of passengers
and home address.
Delivery
of Documents Most tour documents and vouchers are sent to you
as email attachments, however, reservations made within 21 days of
departure may require special courier delivery of documents that
cannot be emailed, at the client�s expense.
Entry to
Destination A valid passport is needed to enter your
destination country or countries. It is the traveler's responsibility
to check with their closest consulate of the destination country or
countries to determine if they require a visa to enter. Allegro is not
responsible for any refusal of entry by local authorities to any of
our destination countries due to lack of proper documentation,
security issues or any other reasons.

Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225
or by visiting the State Department's Web site at
www.travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to
contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to
obtain entrance requirements.
