Hello Susan . We returned from our holiday in Europe on Sunday and I would like to tell you how impressed I was with our music appreciation tour with you and Allegro holidays . Everything went like clockwork , the hotels and vouchers for the concerts were at the desk , the hotels clean and charming . And lastly the concerts and seating were magnificent . It is the first tour I have ever done or been on ,so initially I was a bit nervous that things would not be in place . How wrong was I ,I would recommend your organization any time and hope to be able to use this site again. Thank you for all your help.

Our trip was wonderful: the hotel in Vienna was quite pleasant and could not have been better located-everything was within a very short walk; the seats at the performances were terrific; the neighborhood restaurants were excellent. 
Salzburg was equally nice, the hotel, the concert, the city tour, the lake and mountain tour--they were all excellent.

Our tour of Sicily was great, the driver and the guide were excellent and we never wasted a minute of our time visiting shops and things like that. As you know, on other tours the guides always try to lure the tourists to their "preferred merchants" On this tour, there was just traveling and discovering new places. It was Great!

As a classic music lover, I have traveled with Allegro Holidays several times, either as part of a tour or on my own. All trips were always excellent and well organized.  Allegro Holidays were able to obtain hard to get tickets to venues such as the Musicverein, the Vienna State Opera and the Berlin Philharmonics.  My favorite Allegro Holidays program is the "Festival of Classical Music" in April. I have been on this specialty cruises a number of times and even this year I am going on it again. This musical cruise is perfect for me.

So many great experiences! The trip was fabulous�and your tips made a difference. We loved the Thermal Margitsziget�the wonderful breakfast and private breakfast room overlooking the Danube, the spa�everything. The only disappointment was we didn�t have time for a massage with our packed activities. Next time! The Grand Wien in Vienna and Palace in Prague where both exceptional with great staffs! Very helpful and good English! All transfers went smoothly. All performances were top notch�and thoroughly enjoyed the music and all! Seating was excellent. The sightseeing tours were all well planned and informative�especially the Prague river cruise where we had the guide all to ourselves. Everything went very smoothly (except for some of the weather, though waking up to a snow covered Salzburg on our final day, made up for that). Our organization has traveled with Allegro Holidays as a group several times. Susan and Eva are currently organizing a very complex trip for our group all over to Spain. Susan, our first-hand contact is responsible for the day-to-day handling of our bookings as well as for direct communication with our group members. She is accurate, pays attention to small details and highly reliable. Eva was able to give us many useful suggestions about itineraries, programs and practicalities.
We always enjoy our trips when they are coordinated by Allegro Holidays. All of our arrangements went smoothly and were on schedule. I find it easy and pleasant to deal with them. I just wanted to email you and thank you for putting together all of our plans for our Russia trip. We had an awesome time....weather was great (except for one day of heavy snow, the day after a sunny day in the high 70's!) One of the passengers was from Australia, so he had only seen snow twice in his life, so he was very pleased. We told him we were from Iowa and had seen far too much snow this past winter! The concerts were wonderful, the scenery outstanding, and we enjoyed meeting the passengers and interacting with the musicians as well. All of the transfers you set up worked well and the staff onboard the ship was extremely accommodating and attentive. We upgraded our room at the Volgograd Hotel for an additional $30 to get a suite, which was lovely!  When we arrived, their military was practicing for their May 9 Freedom Day celebration, so we had a great view of the proceedings from our balcony! All in all, it was a wonderful trip and thank you so much for your efforts and organization. We hope to take another music and/or river cruise to Europe next year, so if you have any suggestions we would welcome your input.

Since visiting BadenBaden many years ago, I'd wanted to go to a European spa. Also, I had always wanted to see Budapest and I enjoy music and concerts, so this trip was a perfect combination for me. The staff at the treatment department were very efficient and friendly and the performances were of the highest quality. I would like to have stayed longer and enjoyed more.

I just want to let you know that my husband and I really enjoyed our recent trip to Warsaw and Krakow. The hotels were nice and very well located and the side-trips were interesting. Everything was waiting for us when we checked in at the hotel even down to a description of which platform to look for our inter-city train. We certainly were not regimented, as we might have been with a less independent tour. We had plenty of free time to engage in "people watching" and just enjoying the foreign cities. The Warsaw Chamber Opera was a delight. We were pleased to find that the singers were excellent, the costumes and sets were well done. We were close enough to the stage to see all facial expressions of the cast. We were wishing that we had gone to 3 operas instead of 2

The ship is excellent, the staff outstanding, the music was very good and the company was a pleasant surprise. There were only eight Americans out of one hundred passengers. We socialized with the British, Australian and South African people who were good company.
